Positivity
Hi everyone. I am Mannat from blooming positivity. In my previous blogs, I usually talked on topics about spiritual uplifting and to stay positive in basic situations of everyone's life but today I am going to talk particularly about the thing my blog is based upon which is positivity. So what is exactly positivity? And what is staying positive? How to stay positive? These must be the questions arriving in some of your minds regarding positivity. Well, I will take every doubt briefly. Let's start with what is positivity exactly? Positivity is not just a concept or a word from which you mean good vibes or to be optimistic and happy. It is a feeling from the spiritual you, from the internal you. It is a mixture of optimism, satisfaction, happiness, comfort and peace. Too many words to describe a single phrase ”positivity”. Nevertheless, there are numerous words left to describe positivity. Now, what does staying positive mean? Staying positive means to have a positive attitude towards any situation in life good or bad it does not matter at all. Staying positive helps to overcome fear, to stay happy and to do everything cheerfully and happily. It also helps to calm down both your internal and external self. After all, it's true that PACE( Positive Attitude Changes Everything) is a wonderful concept. Now the last question How to stay positive? Well, this a very important question. If you want to stay positive do the things you like and which are good for you like I feel positive while I write these blogs for everyone and I adore it. Secondly, try to stay calm and meditate. If you want to stay positive try to find good things in bad things. Cheerful things in a hard and tough situation.
